Dr. Sheeran is a global development professional with 20+ years of experience researching, evaluating and advocating the evidence base for what works in accelerating equity outcomes for the most vulnerable children and women, within the normative frameworks of CEDAW, CRPD and CRC. Many projects have featured her proficiency in organizing and facilitating multi-stakeholder, executive facing, and technical working group processes. She has a strong cross-sectoral orientation, specializations in gender and disability, and domain knowledge in Communications for Development (C4D), WASH and Knowledge Management.
