Narcisse de Medeiros is a UNICEF retiree staff member, now senior International consultant in the field of Communication for Development (C4D) associated to challenges and promotion of Public and Community Health, Nutrition, WASH, Education, and Protection. His 38 years of working experience mostly in Africa includes the management of Health systems at district, regional and National levels, as well as, within UNICEF, program management at sectoral, country and regional offices levels. Mr. de Medeiros is a Medical Doctor, who holds a PhD in C4D, and a Master Degree in Community Health. In 1992, he was awarded the ADIA Prize of the Rockefeller Foundation.
