Eloho Basikoro, PhD is a global development professional and social scientist with over 10 years of work experience in research, teaching and strategic development planning within academia and the international development sector. Eloho recently conducted a formative and evaluation research that mapped bottlenecks and entry points for Communication for Development (C4D) strategies in the areas of young child survival and development, adolescent development and learning, and program effectiveness for UNICEF Swaziland. She has strong competence working with private partners and governments in both national and local contexts in low resource settings. Her skills include formative research and evaluations – baseline and endline studies, training and capacity building, program management, communication and knowledge dissemination to diverse audiences – technical report writing and documentation.
